the Khambhat Manufacturing premises, we have installed a high-capacity solar power system that
significantly reduces our reliance on fossil fuel-based grid electricity while supporting
environmentally responsible manufacturing.

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)
100% Water Recycling & Reuse
We operate a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system designed to ensure that no process wastewater is
discharged into the environment. Our integrated treatment infrastructure enables complete recovery
and reuse of water, supporting both environmental compliance and sustainable manufacturing
practices.
Through advanced treatment technologies such as Reverse Osmosis (RO), Multiple Effect
Evaporation (MEE), and Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD), wastewater generated during production
is efficiently treated, concentrated, and recycled back into the process.
This closed-loop water management system helps conserve valuable water resources while
minimizing environmental impact.
