We operate a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system designed to ensure that no process wastewater is discharged into the environment. Our integrated treatment infrastructure enables complete recovery and reuse of water, supporting both environmental compliance and sustainable manufacturing practices.
Through advanced treatment technologies such as Reverse Osmosis (RO), Multiple Effect Evaporation (MEE), and Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD), wastewater generated during production is efficiently treated, concentrated, and recycled back into the process.
This closed-loop water management system helps conserve valuable water resources while minimizing environmental impact.
